Work Permit in Turkey Application
Procedure to obtain a work permit in Turkey if you have already a resident permit in Turkey:
1/ You must send us the following documents:
- A copy passport
- A copy of resident permit (if any)
- 4 photos
- A copy of last diploma validated (if employee is an engineer, he must send us a copy of his engineer’s diploma + last diploma before it)
- A Resume
- Work permit in Turkey application fullfilled
- A letter with details of Job Title, Missions and exact location in Turkey
2/ We’ll submit you our employment contract for signature.
You have to send us immediately original version (+ 4 photos) via Kargo or DHL to our address.
3/ As soon as we have received signed contract, we’ll submit officially Work Permit in Turkey request to Turkish authorities.
The normal duration is usually of 5 weeks. But please note, that sometimes timing is more 7-9 weeks according to the availability of Turkish authorities.
If you don’t have a Residence Permit Turkey :
1/ You must send us the same documents than listed above.
2/ Then, we will send you a signed employment contract and an application letter.
You must present it to your local Turkish consulate* (it can be also any Turkish Consulate in any countries where you have a resident permit). The Turkish consulate will indicate you application number for work permit in Turkey, that you have to send us immediately, in order to add it in the application form requested by Turkish authorities.
*Please check with Consulate document requested.
3/ You must send us immediately original version via DHL to our address.
4/ As soon as we have received signed contract, we’ll submit officially Work Permit in Turkey request to Turkish authorities.
The normal duration is usually of 5 weeks. But please note, that sometimes timing is more 7-9 weeks according to the availability of Turkish authorities.
5/ After validation of your Work Permit in Turkey, you will have to pay application fees to his Consulate.
It counts approximately 200 to 300 euros. Thanks to that, we’ll receive official Work Permit in Turkey.
6/ You must register yourself at the « Nüfus müdürlüğü » of your district of residence and provide your rental agreement.
